Good food, bad carryout experience. 25 mins late on an order placed hours in advance for a specific time.

This is a great place with Friendly vibes. We came in 10 minutes before closing and the waiter(Garson) was Pleasant. The Pizza was Delicious and the Dr. Pepper was as well. Thank you for the on par to standard dining service.

Pizza could have been hotter when it came out. And not much in the way of beer offerings. Pizza tasted very good though.

It was my first time trying deep dish pizza and I have to say I loved it. However this chicken was my favorite thing to eat from here. Even ordered a take away. So delicious

This was the first visit to a Giordano's location and it was a great experience. Our server was attentive without being overly present. Our pizzas were excellent; piping hot, great flavor and loaded with toppings. Something to be aware of: pizzas take time to prepare and cook. Order to table top was about 25ish mins. This is to be expected for a good pizza and the ones we had (3 in total) were well worth the wait.

Since my family was visiting from St Louis and they wanted to have Giordano's, we came to the Schaumburg location. I'm not a pizza person but the deep dish pizza here was delicious. Obviously it will take 25-30 mins for the pizza to come out so we ordered wings ! They were just delicious. Customer service was good too. We will be back again. The restaurant is great for friends and family gathering. They do have an extended menu.

Good food great service, clean place. Calamari was mediocre

Extremely long wait. We were told 45 minutes once we ordered pizza and it took 75 minutes and we received very little attention during our wait. Poor kitchen management.

One of the greatest Chicago style deep dish pizzas I have ever put in my face. Get there early or order ahead as they take a good bit to bake, totally worth the wait though. Just as good the next day. Really enjoyed it, would almost drive back just for another one, they also do ship them if you are so inclined.

Awesome Place & Friendly Staff!

Had a wonderful thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza. Fabulous toppings and cooked to perfection. Our kids enjoyed the mini cheese version. We all went home full and leftovers.

Great pizza but it took over an hour even when. I called ahead. Not sure what the deal was but will try again soon.

I love this place. I come here every time I'm in Schaumburg. All Chicago style pizza takes a long time so don't expect a quick meal but the wait is worth it.

The salad was awesome - the pizza was great - but the service was really really bad. We got there early so there was no wait but the waiter was rude and was super busy so he forgot about everything. I have eaten at Giordano's before so I was looking forward to it but I could not have guessed that the service would be this bad - sadly disappointed

I love this place! They have delicious food! One of my favorite pizzas 🍕 is, the thin crust with jalapeños and sausage. Yes, it’s spicy and great with with extra cheese. 🔥😅 It’s really good. If you are having deep dish have the spinach and mozzarella. I love extra cheese 🧀 Next time, 🤔pineapple & Canadian bacon on either crust and pictures 😉♥️ Great atmosphere and great people.

Didn't have the best experience here unfortunately. The hostess didn't say a word to us when we arrived. There was a man seated near us who was yelling obscenities so the environment was very tense and awkward. As for the pizza, I love deep dish but I'm not a huge fan of how Giordano's doesn't sauteé their vegetables before they go in the pizza so there ends up being raw onion and bell peppers in the pizza.

Best Pizza ever! Ask for the Classic one, is the best. It takes 45min to be ready but a Medium size for 2 people, is a lot! So no need to ask for entries.

Took longer than expected for our food, thankfully managed came to our table and completely took care of our tab. Kids and I where very thankful great service from management .

Ordered pizza for pickup during the covid pandemic. Easy to order online and pickup was fast. Pizza was great, as giordanos always is. Friendly staff even behind masks. ☺️

Service was slow. Pizza was cold. Server didn't want to help dish out the first plate.. Other locations have had better service compared to this one.. Been to this location a couple times and has been mediocre service.

Absolutely love this place was in town for a concert I would love to go back

Having recently moved away from the Chicagoland area, I have been missing a truly great deep dish pizza. I was not disappointed. Gobs and gobs of real cheese

I came to Chicago for work, I stopped by this place and the pizza was amazing! Best I have had in a long time. I have recommended this to all my colleagues.

We look forward to having their deep dish pizza everytime we visit Chicago. In fact, this last time we went twice. It is amazing! I highly recommend this place! You won't regret it.

7/2019There is really not alot to say. Service was great. Food was amazing. Everything we ordered was correctly made, cooked and served fast. Squid was not over cooked. This is an issue at other places. I may need to note. They make a Chicago style deep dish, aka stuffed pizza. This can take 45 minutes up to an hour to make when not busy. They also make other style crust. I'm sure they take less time to make, but that's not why you go here. You want the deep dish.

First time having deep dish pizza, very fulfilling and heavy yet that much delicious.

It's okay. Well, at least that's what a three star rating means on Google. I didn't get their famous deep dish pizza because I had pizza the night before so I went with the Alfredo. For a proclaimed Italian restaurant their Alfredo is lacking. I couldn't taste the cheeses, the sauce wasn't very thick. I felt like my specific serving had too much heavy cream. Hopefully I get another chance to eat here before I leave but I wasn't happy this time around.

Soooo good!!!! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. She loves their pizza, too, and was willing to explain to us all about it. The only downside is how long it takes to cook the pizza (about 45 minutes), but it is definitely worth it. So make sure you go with good company so the 45 minutes flies by. A small is perfect for two people. I'm so glad they ship all over the US!

Bruschetta was good. We also got the Chicago Classic Deep Dish. Came to the table warm - not the piping hot we've had in the past. It saved me from burning my mouth so I won't fault them too much. We got the small - in the battle of Man (and wife) v. Food, the pie won!

The mini individual pizza was cooked well just enough& their side salad very reasonable excellent dressing

On Thursday Nov 14, my colleague and I had the lunch specials at the Schaumburg location. Pat was our server and she was fantastic. She was so kind and welcoming. She was attentive to our food and inquired how it was at appropriate intervals. Additionally, we were on a very short notice as we just had an hour break from a training we were doing nearby. She got our orders in quickly (we stopped her at the lunch special description to order them as they sounded perfect), the food arrived just as quickly, and then when we expressed the need for the ticket quickly - due to this limited time, she was very prompt in bringing it back plus the running of the card.I highly recommend Pat if you have the chance to be served by her.

Cool chain place. Just be aware that the wait for a Chicago style deep dish is quoted as 40 minutes. There's no going around that; that's the ”price” you pay for that type of pizza!

This is by far, hands-down, the BEST pizza I've ever had in my life!Also, I'm here on business and asked the server to help me pack the leftovers so I could take them with me in my suitcase. Boy, did he deliver! Wrapped everything up in plastic wrap and then packed it into a to go box.Highly recommend!

Service was very slow, and pizza came out way late. The kicker was we have young kids so we like to get in and out. Many servers fail to recognize this and this was the case here. Still love their pizza but probably will stick to Lake Zurich location or take out here.

Got the small 6" pizza and an order of cheese bread. The bread was great, but I found the pizza lacking. The pizza looked amazing but taste wise it was lacking unity. Overall a positive experience, just not something breathtaking for the cost.

Pizza was what I expected, DEEP dish. My wife loves original flat crush and was not too impressed with deep dish. If your looking for a different way to have your pizza this is the place to go. Right amount of meat with lots od cheese. Thumbs up!!!
